A little winter weather didn’t prevent the Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware from being completed on time and on budget. The four-story, 60,300 square foot hotel, owned by Colonial Oak Hotels, LLC, includes 94 guest rooms, meeting space, an indoor pool and fitness room and a basement bar and lobby equipped to serve hot breakfasts to guests.
The exterior is cladded with a combination of cementitious siding and exterior insulated finish system to provide walls with an effective insulated finished surface and waterproofing. The Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites is the first hotel the Hudson Management Group owned and managed. It is also the first time the Marriott brand ventured into Southern Delaware.
