Maryland General Square
Phase I of the Maryland General Square included the build out for Chipotle and Five Guys. Phase II, a 9,000 square foot project, included a one-story steel and metal framing with masonry veneer. Gillis Gilkerson was responsible for the shell, drywall, electrical, ceilings, and HVAC and floor coverings. The building was leased to Aspen Dental and Sleep Number with Firehouse Subs filling the remaining 2,200 square feet of vacant space.
